4.3 Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Finder Squad LLC, our clients, or others.
4.4 Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of Finder Squad LLC's assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change by email and/or a prominent notice on our website prior to the transfer.
